Something is corrupted on the gopro itself.ĭeleting the app doesn't seem to make a difference given that this is happening both on desktop and on the android app as well. Considering I'm seeing this both on desktop and on mobile it's not the damned app that's the problem. Your support team keeps marking these issues as solved but they aren't actually providing a solution other than "reinstall the app". The only real solution I can see in these threads is to get an external SD Card reader. I wasn't running the latest firmware because up until recently the mobile app for updating firmware had bugs in it. Seems to be the same issue this person is having: When I go to import them on the desktop it imports up to a specific date. I have a GoPro Hero 7 Black, and I have tried both using the desktop and mobile software and new images after a date don't appear for download.
